Aaron reports in this review:
WeatherHow much crime? What are the neighborhoods like? What are the people like?
The city is located a few miles away from the Los Angeles international airport. It happens to have a semi-desert climate. It is warm almost throughout the whole year. The good thing is that outdoor activities can be conducted all year round due to the warmth. I love warm weather because I love outdoor activities. During summer, the weather is quite unusual. In the morning, it is dull and foggy then the sun comes out a few hours later and shines for the rest of the day. The temperatures tend to be high. During winter, the temperatures are cool and the snow falls. For such a warm city, there is surprisingly a lot of snow that falls during winter. In addition to that, there is fog and ice during the cold seasons. These cause a few accidents. The rain that falls is not so much and the floods are not so common. The good thing is that there are sports you can still engage in such as skiing. This has to be one of the safest cities I know of. There are very few criminal offences in this city. That does not mean that the whole city is entirely safe. There are some areas where crime is rampant. The most reported cases are of assault and even this happen to be few and spread out. It is not common to hear of crimes involving property and it is quite safe to walk around the city at night without fear of getting mugged. It has been rated safe, especially when compared to most of the cities in the United States. When it comes to safety, this city has quite a big score on that aspect.
Some of the good areas include the area near Torrance in California, the corner of Avalon and 223rd. These areas have a mix of races that include Filipino, Mexican, Thai, Vietnam, Chinese, Pacific Island and many others. Carson has some areas where gangs tend to thrive and this includes places such as Varrio Carson, La Loma, Tortilla Flats and others. These places also have a mix of races. Carson is a city full of very many different races.People in this city are generally friendly though just like in any other city, they don't like it when others interfere with their lives. There are the rowdy crowds in the city and there are those who would rather keep to themselves. The best thing to do is live in a way that you don't get in the way of people's ways of life. The ethnic mix is quite good as there are very many races available in the city. This makes it quite easy for anyone to fit in.

There are many great places to shop in Carson. The malls are big and they are beautiful on the inside and outside. Such include the South bay Pavilion and the Del Amo Fashion Center . These places have great stores with wonderful food courts.
The city is full of restaurants that offer great services at considerable prices. The list is endless but I will give the names of a few places I would recommend. I will start with Rosario's Italian Restaurant, Back Home in La Haina In Carson, Dominguez Pizza, Tony Roma's, Tapioca Express and Wing Stop. The list of these good restaurants is long so I have to stop there. The services are great and so is the food. To top it all up, you can reserve online. It's just great! There are many public schools in Carson and some of them have been praised to be good by former students or by parents. They are in and around Carson hence are easily accessible. Some of these good ones include Long Beach Unified and Los Angeles Unified. On the other hand, some schools have poor student teacher ratios and have many cases of bullying.Yes! Carson is full of singles who are ready to meet people with whom they can start meaningful relationships. In addition to that, if you are into fun, there are many people who want to have fun if you are not into anything so serious. Love awaits all who come and so does the fun!
Noisetown comparison vs.Best hospitalTourist attractions
The city doesn't have any regulations on noise disturbances. The good thing about it though is that there are rarely ever such noises that can be referred to as unusual. The noises that you hear are usually normal such as screams, shouts, cat cries and the like. There are no alarming noises that I can say I have heard.
Carson has high value in real estate. Houses here fetch a high price as compared to other towns that are nearby. For example, it is cheaper to buy a house in West Carson or Compton than it is to buy it in Carson. It is even cheaper to get a house in Torrance. When it comes to crime, Carson is by far the safest city when compared to cities such as Compton and West Carson. The neighboring cities have very high crime rates, especially Compton. In this case, I would vouch for Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center. This medical facility has well qualified and friendly staff. They also have good facilities and when you are there, you feel safe and in good hands.
There is so much to do in Carson. It all depends on what you enjoy doing. There are parks and museums to visit. Some examples of these great places are: 50 foot tall woman, Autry National Center, Bunny museum, Alamitos National Center, Alcatraz Brewing and so many other places.
General comments
For some reason, this town feels different to me in a good way. It has its own uniqueness when compared to other towns. It gives me the feeling of spontaneity, I can't guess what is going to come up next. It's very enjoyable and fun to be in a place that feels different.
