Are you thinking of moving or relocating to Colorado, Arizona? Would you like to know what the quality of life is like living in Colorado?
Raphael Macharia reports in this review:
WeatherHow much crime? What are the neighborhoods like? What are the people like?
Colorado experiences hot and dry weather. In general summers are very hot with temperature elevating to a high of 100'F while in winter the city's high altitude areas experience snow reaching a low of -5'F. You will also experience summer rainfallA part from high theft cases contributing to more than half of crimes, this city is fairly safe. You can rarely hear of murder cases, burglary is not so much of an issue. Theft is quite common and it can occur even during day time and in public areas, makes the police very vigilant. Some of the best places in Colorado include Louisville, Highlands Ranch, Superior and more. Superior is a decent neighborhood; I would recommend if you are looking to raise a family as it is known for its quality of education. Houses are modern in this area, and security wise the police are doing a recommendable job.
Craig is one of the worst neighborhoods of the city. It is located in northwestern Colorado, population includes Bigot and Rednecks; they are generally cold and unfriendly. You will probably feel not very welcome in this part of the city. The housing is quite old, for a modern guy I bet you will not like the place
72% of the population constitute of the white, while20% includes the native, black Americans and other races. Generally it is a big state with mountain communities, rural communities and urban communities. The old folks would definitely enjoy the rural sides that are quiet and relaxing. The young also have a place here in Colorado with such quality colleges there are enough people to socialize with. The soft at heart will merely make it here, the residents are care-free and your feelings don't matter they say whatever they feel like saying even if it hurts your feelings. To make it in Colorado you need to be strong and don't let anything get to your nerves.
With the county investing well in education you will definitely need to be educated to easily blend in Colorado's society.
Downtown AreaRestaurantsSchoolsSingle life
The shopping area in Colorado is okay. Quite a number of shopping malls and retails centers spread all over the town. You can not miss a shopping joint while in Colorado. On the west side of the state we have the Old Colorado city which offers unique stores and boutiques including the famous Piramide Boutique and Mountain Moppets. Then we also got the Colorado City Creamery you could stop for some ice cream cone especially during hot summer season.Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar this is one of the best in Colorado, especially if you love sea-food like fish and more. I would also recommend Buckhorn Exchange Restaurant anytime.I must say Colorado is well ranked in terms of public schools; it is good to see the tax payer's money being put to good use. There also a number of private schools that offer quality education. For singles you might have some luck in this city. Colorado is considered to be one of the places in Arizona with quite a good number of young guys with enough energy. If you are looking for a date then this is the place you can ride your luck.
Noisetown comparison vs.Best hospitalTourist attractions
There are various airports here so you should expect noise from low flying planes. Some neighborhoods mostly in the urban area have very busy traffic considering the 24 hour economy strategy. If you happen to be staying in the rural areas you will enjoy the peaceful and quite night rest.Gilbert and Chandler are quite some good places to consider, personally I would recommend Gilbert town because it records the lowest crime rate, has the best schools, employment and housing is high class.Boulder Community Hospital is one of the best local medical institutes in Colorado actually also the best in national study. You can trust on this hospital to provide quality services. If you are looking for nice places to visit then Colorado has quite a number of places that would definitely blow your mind away. The town consists of various parks, including the famous Medano Creek National Park. You can visit the fabulous Maroon Lake perfectly positioned for its gorgeous reflections.
General comments
Generally Colorado is reluctant to embracing change, a city with most of it in a desert. Even though growth is slow, it is one of the safest cities with fantastic sites. Colorado is for the bold at heart; some times the citizens can get to your nerves and don't care at all. I would say it's a little bit less civilized but I believe with the fast growth of fits neighborhood things will get better.
