The weather in Conway is beautiful in Spring normal rainfall, toasty in the summer-hot, just right in the fall, and very cold in the winter hence Arkansas has a lot of ice during this season. Foe the most, sometimes there are strong winds.	The crime is not bad in Conway however off Oak Street there are some apartments that have high crime such as shootings and gang relations.	Near 72034 zipcode or by Donaghey Ave. Is near UCA campus is a low crime neighborhood. Near Hedrix College, which is 72032 zipcode the neighborhoods are decent. Though there are apartments nearby called Clifton Street Apartments which are considered a bit urban. Off Oak street there are mixed neighborhoods of single family homes and college apartments. The really nice neighborhoods are near Centennial Valley and the Golf Club.	Majority of the city is of Caucasian ethnicity. However, because Conway ia a coollege town, there are thousands of different ethnicities. Latins and Europeans.

Downtown offers several shops like E&M Jeans, different stylish boutiques, and thrift stores. Many of the restaurants are located here.	Old Chicago, Mike's Place, Zaxbys, La Herta Mexican Restaurant	Conway has exceptional public schools	Being a college state and the numerous activities available in city there is hope.

There are many single families. It is a DRY county. You will have to travel 10 miles out to purchase liquor in Maumelle or MayFlower.	Conway Medical Center which is near UCA's campus.	Conway feels like a family town. Although, it's considered to be a college town. I think when most students graduate they will migrate hence the older population. It's a safe town. Nice place to begin a family.
