Weather	How much crime?	What are the neighborhoods like?	What are the people like?
Its in New England, so one can expect hot and humid summers with no-little rainfall, and very cold, snowy, slushy winters, with lots of rainfall, and moderate flooding. Spring and fall are really nice & beautiful with lots of pretty colors and sights to see while still remaining at a fairly good temperature (60's average)	The crime rate in this city is 245 which falls under the AVERAGE crime rate. Very low on murders and rape crimes, but excel in assaults, theft, and robberies.	Most of the city is the same with most residents being low-middle class . There is no difference in class/race between the neighborhoods. However the city itself is filled with diversity, with residents from Europe, South America, Africa, etc. You can find a very diverse community here.	Most people are friendly here. There is a lot of ethnicity mix, and people embrace all different cultures.

There is no shopping are here, although there is a downtown area with lots of private shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and bars.	They have amazing Brazilian food at Oliveira's Restaurant, great food at Texas Roadhouse, and there is also a Chuck E. Cheese which is perfect for kids.	The public schools are all fairly new, and the school system is great as well. Lots of opportunities for students to expand their horizons , and creativity. It offers a lot of after class activities and sports weather it be playing football or the science club.	There is a lot of opportunity for singles considering they have a lot of bars in the area where singles can go and meet up.

There are lots of noises from the highway and since the neighborhoods are so tightly populated there is chance of having noisy neighbors.	The town is much more densely populated in comparison to its neighboring town of Medford. The houses are really close to each other with little room for yards or such. However if you are very cultural and enjoy learning about different cultures, Everett has a lot to offer. There are restaurants and bars with foods different countries have to offer. From Mexican food to Russian food, you can find it here.	Massachusetts General Hospital , one of the top in the whole nation , is located just a few miles from Everett, and probably the most convenient one to get to. This is the best hospital in this region.	The nicest places to visit is the downtown area. You can find the most people here and it is always full of excitement.

It's a small town feel, with a few bars, restaurants, and hangout spots to go to. There are lots of convenient and liquor stores in this area.
