General comments
The town is very conservative and has the feel for being a wonderful place to raise a family. Many of the residents are young couples with small children and it is no stretch at all to see these families playing outdoors with their kids. It is refreshing to see a suburb of a town that is the size of Dallas be so laid back and family-friendly. The only downside to the community is that population growth is booming, because it is such a nice place to live, and traffic is becoming a larger issue.
