Guadalupe experiences a variance of hot and cold weather. Hot summer temperatures tend to reach up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, the warmest month is Just the temperature can get as high as 100 degrees Fahrenheit. And the cool winters temperature reach 50 degrees Fahrenheit with the coldest month being December getting as low as 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Rainfall in Guadalupe is fairly distributed all through the year.I was once in the streets some stranger getting assaulted just during the day time, though I've rarely heard of such cases since that incidence, but I have also heard of the cases though not so much. I guess the police are doing a recommendable job. Personally I have never heard of murder cases or so.
Best part
Wood Park, Tempe: Personally I feel like this is one of the best neighborhoods of Guadalupe. Definitely it is among the safest places around low crime rate. The Caucasians are the majority residents here. The homes are well built, new structures a bit expensive for the middle class.
Worst part
South Phoenix: the middle class live here, the place is predominated by Hispanics. It is regarded as one of the worst places in regards to crime level. You can first hand assault in this neighborhood. The houses are middle class and affordable.

Generally the population of Guadalupe is predominated by the Hispanics; they are slightly more than half of the whole population. The blacks are quite a few say about 2% of the whole population. Majority of the residents are young people aged about 27 years or there about. Have of this group are single yet to marry. About 60 % ' 70 % are employed and slightly more than half are in white collar jobs while the rest are in blue collar jobs

The shopping in Guadalupe is quite wide. A long Avenida Del Yaqui Street you can find lots of fruits, Bravo Bridal and Tuxedos is available here. You will also get garage bike shops situated in this area. It also hosts one of the most authentic Mexican bakeries. For best restaurants you will find plenty, personally I know you will love:
San Diego Bay Restaurant
If you love sea-food this is the best place for you. Also offers the best grilled or chopped meat, the price is reasonable compared to the quality meals offered.
El Yaqui Restaurant
If you love 'chile rellenos' then definitely this is your restaurant, has reasonable prices
The majority of schools in this town are public schools; county is really trying to keep up. The majority of the kids are enrolled in public schools and the community trust they are doing a great job. The quality of education is moderate the ratio of students to teacher being 22:1.For singles there are quite a lot of opportunities. The majorities of the population is aged between 20 ' 30 years and are single. Either you are in search of Mexican lady or a Hispanic gentleman or even White lady be sure you will find someone in Guadalupe.
Noisetown comparison vs.Best hospitalTourist attractions
The closest airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, situated 5.2 miles away. While Guadalupe you will not hear any unusual noise unless it is from hooting cars from the near-by highway.
Tempe Royal Estate is one of the neighborhoods of Guadalupe, situated 0.8 miles from the city. Compared to Guadalupe it has a stable housing market, personally I know that Tempe Royal Estate has 0 crime rates and I would recommend the place any time.Tempe St. Lukes Hospital
It is the best and closest hospital to Guadalupe area. This is a good hospital with a 24 hour emergency unit, over 30 practices. A place you can trust to take care of any of your needs.
While in Guadalupe you can't some nice activities to indulge in. there are some local parks that one can visit including the South mountain park. Another nice place to visit is Historic pueblo ruins and Firebred lake.
General comments
It feels as one of the safest cities in Arizona, it is so quite few to non incidences daily. You can really think that you are in Mexico. The Hispanics have done a great job painting the city Mexican; you can actually experience the real Mexican culture in Guadalupe. Sometimes you tend to get scared that you might be a victim of some drug lord with the news that you hear about Mexico. But as more race come to live in Guadalupe, it gets good and strong reputation as a safe town with nothing to fear.
