General comments | | | | | | |
Hemet has many small businesses aimed at automotive, industrial and factory. It is not a fun filled resort type town and does not make one feel very safe. It does have a reputation for higher crime than it's neighboring cities, it is older and modern newer buildings are not prevalent. Although there are a few historic homes in the old downtown area that are nicely kept. The old train tracks run through downtown which gives a feeling of what 'used' to be. There are a few newer car lots and coffee shops that give Hemet an updated felling. | | | | | | |
