WeatherHow much crime? What are the neighborhoods like? What are the people like?
The city of Irvine can get pretty cold here in the winter months with average temperatures at 38 degrees. In the summer months the weather averages at about 85 degrees. There is heavy rain and winds, and no hurricanes, mud slides or torandos in this town.Irvine has one of the lowest amount of violent crime and is one of the safest cities in California. There is a visible presence of cops in this town. The only kind of crime I've heard of happening in this town are burglaries. The best parts of town are Santiago Canyon Rd/Jamboree Rd, Yale Ave, Park Pl, Como, and Jeffrey Rd/Irvine Center Dr. Some of the worst parts of town are East Irvine, Campus Dr/Irvine Center Dr. The median home prices in the better parts of town are $678,000 to $850,000 with mainly Iranian and Asians living in the neighborhood. The parts of town that aren't as nice and safe, the median price for the homes are $447,000 with the rental prices being $2,200. There are many Iranian, Russian, and Arabs in this part of the neighborhood. The homes are generally new, built from the year 2000 through today.Mainly Single, Families, and working professionals would best fit in a town like this. The people in this town are wealthy, superficial, educated, and a bit uptight. The city is generally bi cultural than multicultural. For those who prefer thrills, a spectacular nightlife than this town is not for you. The cops here are very strict and middle to upper class families who would like to raise their children would enjoy living here because it offers a clean and beautiful environment.

The shopping centers here are great. One of the shopping centers is an outdoor mall that offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and a theater. Shopping in this town is definitely enjoyable. The best restaurants here are Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, California Fish Grill Inc, Bistango, and Houston's.Irvine offers students one of the best quality schools and teachers. The teachers are highly educated and the school district is of top quality. There are many bars and night clubs in this town for singles to meet.
Noisetown comparison vs.Best hospitalTourist attractions
The John Wayne Airport is near Irvine and there are a few highways that are near the homes.Compared to its neighboring town of Santa Ana, Irvine is more of a wealthier and clean community. Its crime rate is much lower compared to Santa Ana. Santa Ana has horrible cops and traffic. The city is cheap looking and isn't as pleasing to the eye compared to Irvine. I would definitely prefer to live in Irvine than its neighboring town of Santa Ana.The local hospital is UC Irvine Medical Center. It's known to be one of Americas best hospitals for 13 consecutive years. Staff is very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable and well trained. Some of the nicest places to visit are Irvine Spectrum Center,Diamond Jamboree, University Center, William R. Mason National Park. and the Orange County Zoo.
General comments
My general impressions of this city is that everything is spread out. It'll require you to pay extra for gas to get around. I don't get a welcoming vibe in this city only because most are wealthy and a bit arrogant. The city is very clean, safe, and most of the neighborhoods are quiet. The scenery is what will catch your eye when coming to this city. There are many trees and the homes, streets, and shopping centers are well designed and perfectly laid out.
