There are few reported violent crimes. The safest are in Malden is Linden area which is located in east Malden. The worst is the Maplewood area. Malden is a very diverse city but the best place to find nice houses is in the Linden are which is mainly a middle-class neighborhood. The people of Malden are pretty friendly. Being a city with many small businesses, where the neighbors help each other out.

There is a small square/downtown area where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, and small shops. There are no major malls or shopping stores in this area.Exchange Street Bistro is a 4-star restaurant with very good food. All Seasons Table , Massimo Restaurant, and The Dockside Restaurant are also very popular choices to go out for dinner and drinks amongst residents.According to U.S News & World Report, Malden was ranked #39 in the state rank for public school systems. It was ranked #1192 on the national rank. Malden offers students willing to put in hard work in school many benefits , and scholarships. Noisetown comparison vs.Best hospitalTourist attractions
There is an MBTA route that passes through Malden in the Oak Grove area. Unless you are living near it , unusual noise sources would not be a problem. This city has a lot more businesses in comparison to its neighboring cities , Medford or Everett. The best hospital in this region is Massachusetts General Hospital which is one of the top in the country. The nicest places to visit are their ponds and parks. They have lots of tennis courts which a lot of close by areas do not.
