Generally pleasant, weather reaches 100+ F in June, July, August and September, Otherwise throughout the year it stays in the range of slightly more than 70s. No specific heavy weather situations like regular heavy rain etc.
Tempe is generally a peaceful city. Even the reported crimes are mostly about property.
City has safe neighborhoods mostly. Some of the very good Neighborhoods include Carriage Lane, Clark Park, Lindon Park.
Tempe citizens are mostly white collar employees, very friendly. They typically commute or drive to another city for work. Hence the relationship thrives on the weekends and is more businesslike during work days. It has a good mix of all ethnicity, including a good number of Asians and Europeans.

This city has a nice shopping area. Local people as well as tourists roam around this shopping district with high energy throughout the year.
Well-known restaurants are: Pier 54, Oregano's, Ncounter, Four Peaks Brewery, Macayo's Depot Cantina.
This is an education hub. Most of the schools here are well known and provide high quality education to the kids. It also contains three major universities.
It is a welcoming city for singles. From stay to choice of restaurants they can easily find their home here.
