Weather | | How much crime? | | What are the neighborhoods like? | | What are the people like? | Generally pleasant, weather reaches 100+ F in June, July, August and September, Otherwise throughout the year it stays in the range of slightly more than 70s. No specific heavy weather situations like regular heavy rain etc.
| | Tempe is generally a peaceful city. Even the reported crimes are mostly about property.
| | City has safe neighborhoods mostly. Some of the very good Neighborhoods include Carriage Lane, Clark Park, Lindon Park.
| | Tempe citizens are mostly white collar employees, very friendly. They typically commute or drive to another city for work. Hence the relationship thrives on the weekends and is more businesslike during work days. It has a good mix of all ethnicity, including a good number of Asians and Europeans.
