Weather	How much crime?	What are the neighborhoods like?	What are the people like?
Typical middle Pa weather. Summers are a little cooler because of the mountains. Rain comes in fast and winter is a bit harsh with heavy snow. Stays cold for quite a wile there. People all own snow mobiles for a reason.	Very low crime rate. Most of the crime in Wellsboro is Property crimes. Tourist crime is low also. Wellsboro is rated well below the national and Pennsylvania averages. Some domestic crime but not like a inter city.	Most of the town is upper class White people but as any town it has the lower end witch runs from Austin street to Cone street. You will need a good income to live in Wellsboro. Some of the building on the outskirts of town are old and need to be taken down but over all a beautiful town. The good part is down town. lots of fun and a very nice movie house.. and you should stay off Bellwood and Yale streets. that's not a very good neighborhood..	The people in town are very friendly and nice.. warm to strangers..Hippies, Whites and Educated people will fit in well here. Black's and Hispanic's do not fit well due to lack of affordable housing. Not to many single people but a older towns folk. you do still get the feeling you are welcome to enjoy there town. Younger people are not going to find the night life here as the streets basically close up at 8 pm.

Very quant. A bit pricey but it is a tourist town	Penn Wells Hotel has a wonderful buffet. Log Cabin Inn Restaurant is really good too.. Wellsboro Dinner is good home cooking...	Public schools rank 6 out of 10 witch is average among other schools in the aria.	Has a mostly Yuppie younger crowd. Most opportunities are for younger blue collar people...
Noise	town comparison vs.	Best hospital	Tourist attractions
Motorcycles..	Wellsboro is surrounded by State Forest so there is no other towns to really compare it to.	Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital... suppose to be one of the best.	Penn Wells Hotel... and Grand Canyon Pa... just stunning to see...
General comments
Very cozy and friendly for me because I am white. Food was fantastic. Did not see any Hispanics and only a few black people. If your looking for Mayberry you will find it in Wellsboro Pa. You get the home town feeling early in the morning and you want to go straight to the bakery and get fresh bread. If you want a town to feel safe walking at night then this is your place
