Avondale experiences hot weather during the summer, when the region experiences temperatures that peak at ninety degrees, while the winter brings an average temperature of fifty degrees. July is the city's warmest month as compared to the rest of the year. The temperature at this time of the year average at one hundred degrees Fahrenheit. December on the other hand is ranked the coldest moth with thirty seven degrees. With an even distribution of rain through the year, Avondale records an average precipitation of 8.62 inches.
Avondale experiences a low crime rate as compared to the rest of Arizona as a state and the neighboring states as well. The city center takes a great brunt of the crimes recorded in this region, thereby making it the riskiest part of town.
West Thomas road, North Dysart road and west Rancho Santa Fe are the neighborhoods that are of the lowest crime records. Most of these are crimes that are reported are those against property including home burglary. Violent crimes in general are pretty low.
The city is that of a modest population that allows mingling among the dwellers with a lot of ease. The schools vary in ratings, but they are averagely good with the services that they offer. Highest ranking is the Corte Sierra Elementary School with a ranking f eight. The lowest rank comes at a four point, and it goes to Tolleson Elementary District.Comparatively, the city has an equal employment opportunity for people of all marital statuses, the outstanding factor is in the level of education and skills.

Avondale is home to a number of places that on can visit for recreation and site seeing. A place that comes with the heaviest recommendation is the Phoenix International Raceway. This is a place that hosts a number of Nascar races and can be a pilgrimage spot for a racing enthusiast.

As mentioned earlier, the city displays a simple but admirable sort of unity and togetherness that brings with it an ease in correlation among the city dwellers. This acts as a great welcoming greater that extends to the general feel in the town.
