WeatherSafetyNeighborhoodsPeople
The weather in this town is generally always warm during the year. In the summer it can be quite high averaging up to 90 degrees and in the winter 42 degrees. There have been incidents with fire occurring in the hotter months, heavy winds, and heaving rain in the winter. Luckily, this town is safe in regards to hurricanes, or tornado's.This city is average in regards to safety and crime. I wouldn't say it's the safest place but it's also not the worst. The crime I've heard of occurring in this town are theft and burglaries. I've heard of a few peoples homes being broken into and a friend of mines car had been broken into. There are bad and good parts of this town. Some of the better quality areas to live in are north of Burbank by Scott Rd. and Haven Way. Glenoaks Blvd and Amherst Dr. are also very safe. Some of the lower quality parts of the town are the homes near Olive Ave, N.Buena Vista St, and Victory Blvd. The homes in the better part of town are of upper class and many white or middle eastern's live here. The worst part of the town are generally more Hispanic and black.Majority of the people in this town are diverse. There are many families as well as singles. The general population consists of Whites and Hispanics as well as Middle Eastern's. Those who enjoy the city life and are accomplished would best fit in, in a town like this. In the lower quality parts of this town you will come across some drug dealers or graffiti, and in the better part of the town the people are generally very welcoming and nice.
Downtown AreaRestaurantsSchoolsSingle life
The downtown shopping area is very diverse with many options to choose from. There are clothing stores, restaurants, and movie theaters. The best restaurants are Granville Cafe, BJ's Restaurant&Brewhouse, PF Changs, and Fuddruckers. The schools in this town are of a diverse community. There are many public and private schools that range from average to to higher quality. Some of the students in the schools are known to bully and pick fights but the teachers and district are all very knowledgeable. There are many hookah lounges, comedy clubs, and restaurants available for singles to meet.
NoiseCompared to other placesBest hospitalTourist attractions
There is an airport in this town that is near homes and nearby highways.Comparing this town to its neighboring town of Glendale, Burbank is much less overcrowded. There are many great restaurants and stores and the city is clean. Both cities are great and similar however Burbank has more to offer when it comes to shopping centers and fun activities. The homes are also very nice and in safe neighborhoods. One of the best hospitals in Burbank is Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center. There are many nice places to visit in this town. Some of the nicest places are Warner Brother Studios,Comedy Clubs, Racers Edge Indoor Carting, and the shopping plazas.
General comments
The general impressions I get when visiting this town is that it's very clean and inviting. I wouldn't mind wanting to own property here one day even though the prices are a bit on the higher side. In the nicer parts of this city I feel very safe and I enjoy all the excitement in downtown Burbank. This town doesn't make you feel bored or depressed because there are many fun attractions and many shops and restaurants near by. It isn't too overcrowded and the drive around here doesn't annoy you as opposed to more overcrowded towns.
